Woorinyan Employment Support Service

Woorinyan Employment Support Services is a division of Woorinyan Incorporated.  Woorinyan Employment is a fully Certified, quality assured service providing employment opportunities for workers with a disAbility across Southern and Northern Melbourne with outlets in Frankston and Thomastown.

Woorinyan - Creating Opportunities

Woorinyan has developed a Partnership Philosophy and Partners with Industry to create employment opportunties.

Woorinyan supports 100 workers with a disability in meaningful supported employment rewarded with socially just wage outcomes.

Woorinyan's employment model is "Enclaves and Mobile work crews" where groups of workers with a disAbility and their support staff go out to a host workplaces.  Each enclave or workcrew is based in a different industry to provide variety to our worker with a disAbility.

Current Partnerships

Columbia Consolidated Industries - Plastics trimming, Quality inspection and packaging.

Transpacific - Industrial Recycling and secure product destruction

Department of Primary Industries - Grounds Maintenance, Recycling and Fleet vehicle cleaning.

Department of Education - Grounds maintenance at various schools.

Victoria Police - Fleet vehicle cleaning.

Kimberley Products - Assembly and packaging.
