Woorinyan covers a geographical area from Mornington on the Peninsula to Edithvale and over to Cranbourne, with the majority of our service user group residing in Frankston.
Woorinyan offers services to persons with a disability, each person will have been assessed as having a disability such as Intellectual, physical, sensory, psychiatric or a combination of one or more of these groups.
Woorinyan Incorporated has 75 service users that attend the Adult Training and Support Service on a daily basis which operates 5 days per week and concentrates on teaching independent living skills, particularly in a community setting.
Woorinyan also has 65 persons who participate in employment at the Frankston site and 30 persons at Thomastown in programs with an emphasis of employment being held in the community.
Woorinyan Incorporated provides day programs or employment opportunities for over 120 persons from the Frankston and surrounding districts.
